This role supports customers through the installation stage of their project. The liaison provides an exceptional experience to each customer who has chosen us for their installed storage system needs and provides customer clarity around the scheduling of their project. The liaison ensures all processes are followed in relation to the successful installation of the customer’s project.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers and sales team.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a fast-paced enviroment with minimal supervision with a sense of urgency.
• Able to multi-task efficiently in a timely manner and have great organization skills.
• 2+ years’ experience working as a customer service representative preferably in a construction enviroment.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms
• Call center experience is a plus!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
